Packages & Booking

Common questions about our rental packages

What packages do you offer?

We currently offer Starter, Party Pack, and Corporate options. Starter is best for simple events, the Party Pack adds event-friendly features like leaderboard play and games, and Corporate is designed for larger events, branded experiences, and longer bookings.

Is there a minimum rental time?

Yes. Our standard rentals use a 3-hour minimum so guests have enough time to play, rotate through groups, and enjoy the simulator without feeling rushed.

What is included with setup?

We bring the simulator equipment, enclosure, laptop, software, launch monitor, one right-handed set of clubs, and basic event support. We also handle setup and breakdown so you can focus on hosting.

Do guests need golf experience?

No. The simulator is great for golfers and non-golfers. We can keep the format casual with fun games, closest-to-the-pin contests, or short course play depending on the event.

Can we use our own golf clubs?

Yes. Guests can bring their own clubs. A right-handed Top Flite XL rental set is also available if needed.

Do you provide left-handed clubs?

At this time, only right-handed rental clubs are available. Left-handed guests should bring their own clubs.

What kind of events is this best for?

Backyard parties, birthdays, corporate events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, fundraisers, country clubs, breweries, wineries, private clubs, and other social events.

How much space do we need?

We recommend at least 25’ x 30’ of relatively flat space. The enclosure itself is approximately 16’ wide x 20’ long x 13’ high.

Do you need access to electricity?

Yes. In order to setup and run the full golf simulator experience, electricity is required. We will bring long extension cords so proximity is likely not an issue, but electricity is required.

Can the simulator be set up indoors?

Potentially, yes, as long as the space has enough width, length, height, and safe access for the setup. Ceiling height is especially important because guests need enough room to swing comfortably.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Because this is an outdoor-friendly mobile setup, weather matters. If severe weather, heavy rain, or unsafe wind conditions are expected, we will work with you on the best available option.

How far in advance should we book?

Earlier is better, especially for weekends, holidays, graduation season, wedding season, and corporate events. If your date is fixed, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible.

Can you customize the experience?

Yes. Depending on the package, we can support leaderboard-style contests, closest-to-the-pin formats, casual play, tournament-style rotations, and branded corporate event experiences.
